At Books Hub, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, under the following conditions

Return Process

• Contact us at Help.bookshub@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order to start the return process.
• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue (damaged or incorrect item), and photos if applicable.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (if the error is on our part) along with detailed return instructions.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.
• Used books that are correctly delivered or returned due to personal preference are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-returnable Items

• Used books that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped
• Digital products or downloadable content (if offered)
